I can’t believe that smart people are this dumb it’s really something to work in a customer service job and have to deal with people like this. Last night every nerve I have in my body was offended by a single person whom I couldn’t believe actually believed a word coming from the gaping hole in her excuse for a face. Our service is simple we provide WI-FI to people in particular locations such as hotels and airports the process to use our service is just as simple as the description.

Step 2: Open your browser
Step 3: Input your Information
Step 4: Enjoy piping hot internets.
Now there can be a snag here and there but for the most part it doesn’t get much harder than that right there. Yet I deal with people on a daily basis that screw even this up so bad that it would make Custer proud. If you are one of these people you should really question not only why you need internet but most importantly your attitude when contacting someone that is supposed to help you. You might want to not come off as such a cantankerous bitch when all your problems are caused by YOU. It is not my or the services fault YOU don’t know how to use your computer, nor is it our fault that you can’t follow simple step by step instructions of which mostly are you typing in your personal information.
Saying stuff like “It shouldn’t be this hard” just shows how oblivious you are to the fact that you’re the cause of all the problems. Look into your own professional life and ask how you would feel if a client called you screaming because he fucked up, think about how much you would want to punch that person in the face, and know that’s exactly how we feel. We will help you because it’s our job, but know if we could we would hang up on you to fend for yourself, because that’s what you need. You need to realize that because you pay a small fee it doesn’t give you a right to place undo blame on someone and to be an asshole for no reason.
